Subsequently, they had held out threats to the petitioner. Learned advocate appearing for the opposite party nos.2 to 7 disputes such fact.

We have considered the materials on record. Opposite party nos.2 to 7 herein were released on bail during COVID pandemic. Petitioner submits they had misused their liberty and threatened her. However, no contemporaneous complaint was filed by the petitioner endorsing such fact. A belated complaint is placed before us which was submitted after institution of the proceeding. We are not impressed by the said complaint. Hence, we are not inclined to cancel the bail of the opposite party nos.2 to 7 herein. However, to allay any apprehension we subject the opposite party nos.2 to 7 herein to appropriate conditions in order to monitor their movements. In addition to conditions of bail imposed on them,

they shall meet the Officer-in-charge, Hingalganj Police Station once in a fortnight until further orders.

CRM 1841 of 2021 is thus disposed of.
