instead of "Mr. Angshuman Chakraborty, Mr. S. S. Saha, Mr. Arup Kr. Bhowmick, Advocates ...for the petitioner Mr. Aniket Mitra, Advocate ...for the WBSEDCL"

Petitioner did not comply with the order dated February 22, 2024.

Considering such conduct and the materials in the Case Diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 581 of 2024 is disposed of.
