From the documents annexed to the writ petition it does not appear that a formal complaint was lodged alleging the unauthorised construction at the subject premises.

The petitioner is at liberty to make appropriate objection before the concerned authority of the Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation highlighting the details of the unauthorised construction.

If such representation is made, then the same shall be considered by the concerned authority in accordance with law at the earliest.

The writ petition is dispose of.
