The petitioner alleges unauthorized construction at the behest of respondent no. 6. The various representations annexed to the writ petition, however, suggest different plot numbers on which the alleged unauthorized construction is taking place. It is absolutely clear that the petitioner himself is not clear as to on which plot the alleged unauthorized construction has been made.

In view of the aforesaid discrepancies, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, WPA 4196 of 2025 is dismissed.

This order, however, shall not preclude the writ petitioner from filing a fresh writ petition. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all legal formalities.
