We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the owner of the vehicle which was used to transport narcotics. He did not cooperate with investigation and had absconded. 3.

Keeping in mind the nature of crime and prima facie involvement of the petitioner in transporting narcotics, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. 4.
