The petitioners seek to withdraw the writ petition on the ground of certain defects detected therein and seek further liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.

In view of the above, the writ petition, being WPA 3159 of 2019 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties on usual undertakings.
