It is submitted that hooligans have locked his house and are preventing him from entering into his house.

The O. C., Liluah Police Station, HPC has filed a report dated 22.02.2023 and the same is taken on record. Oral submissions have been made.

It is submitted by the Liluah police that the petitioner was seen holding rallies and entering into his house on a regular basis by the Liluah Police.

The allegation of the petitioner, according to the police, is untrue and incorrect.

Be that as it may, since there is contradiction of version of the petitioner and the

police, the petitioner shall return to his residence and enter the house today at 5 p.m. Liluah Police shall depute some police personnel to ensure that the petitioner is able to enter into his house. The procedure may be recorded through video by the police as well as the petitioner.

In the event of any obstruction or padlock thereat, the same may be broken and removed by the petitioner in presence of the police personnel.

In the event of any further obstruction or threat to the petitioner, he may file an appropriate complaint before the Liluah Police Station. The police shall attend thereto and make necessary enquiries and take steps in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
