Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected repeatedly on the ground 80 bottles of phensedyl syrup were recovered from him. Trial has already commenced and two witnesses have been examined.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

We request the trial court to conclude the trial at an early date preferably within one year from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

Parties shall co-operate with the trial court and communicate this order for due compliance.
