The petitioner is aggrieved that the private respondents are obstructing free ingress and egress into the School.

Counsel for the State submits instructions of Officer-in-charge, Kashipur Police Station dated 3rd March, 2021. The same is taken on record.

It appears from the said report that there are some disputes between the petitioner and the private respondents with regard to the title of the land in question.

In those circumstances, since the School is running there, Kashipur Police Station shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace and ingress and egress is not in any way disturbed. However in the event of any Civil Court's order against the petitioner, the same shall be strictly complied with by Kashipur Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
