The petitioners had participated in the 7th SLST (AT)-TET of the subject Arabic and Advance Arabic. The petitioners are alleging that some of the questions in the said selection test were out of syllabus.

Mr. Prosenjit Mukherjee, learned advocate for the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission submits that to consider the said grievance of the petitioners, his client has constituted an expert committee, the petitioners may submit a comprehensive representation detailing which of the questions were out of syllabus and the Committee shall consider the same.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that such a representation is pending before the Commission. The Madrasah Commission is directed to dispose of the said representation within eight weeks from date after giving the learned advocate for the petitioners an opportunity of hearing.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have denied the respondents.

WPA 4255 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Re: CAN 1 of 2024 and CAN 2 of 2024 These are the applications for addition of the applicants as petitioners in the connected writ petition.

The grievance of the applicants need not be dealt with separately as they are similar to the grievance of the petitioners, as such their addition to the writ petition is not necessary, consequently, CAN 1 of 2024 and CAN 2 of 2024 are dismissed. There shall however be no order as to costs.
