Mr. Bikhas Goswami ... For the petitioner The fundamental issue in this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is a prayer for a direction for expeditious disposal and/or disposal within a specific time.

The issue of this application does not inspire any service of notice upon the opposite parties. Thus, service of notice is dispensed with.

It appears from the records available, I find that a suit for dissolution of partnership firm was filed in the year 2003 and it is pending still on different grounds. Considering the long pendency of the suit, I request the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 8th Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas, to dispose of the Title Suit No.5 of 2003, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties in any case save and except extreme urgency. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the

learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 8th Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas, as well as the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite parties/defendants before the learned Trial Court.

With the above observation, the revisional application, being CO 543 of 2023, stands disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
