The contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 3rd August, 2000 passed by the learned sessions Judge, 2nd Additional Court in connection with NDPS Case No.31/2000. It appears that a Rule was issued against the alleged contemnor on 20th February, 2001.
The matter appeared in the list on 28th June, 2021 and was called on twice, but no one appeared on behalf of the parties. The matter is appearing in the list today marked as "Last Chance" with a note in the list that appropriate orders will be passed if no one appears in the matter. Even today no one appears in the contempt petition. No one has applied for joining through the virtual mode.
