Heard learned Advocate appearing for the parties. Hearing the parties and on perusing all records, I find that disputes involved in this writ petition is civil in nature and I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, dismissal of this writ petition will not prevent the petitioner from availing any remedy available to him.

WPA 4829 of 2019 is dismissed.
