Counsel for the petitioner submits that notwithstanding orders of status quo passed in Title Suit No. 220 of 2017, before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) 3rd Court, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas, the private respondents continue to disturb him and police have not taken any steps.

This Court is of the view that the remedy of the petitioner is to seek enforcement of the order of status quo before the Civil Court itself.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
