Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an affidavit to the effect that the address of opposite party mentioned in the cause title of the petition was the last known address and the petitioner does not have any other address of the opposite party. 2.
The petitioner has duly been served as affidavit of service dated 8th May, 2025. The process sent to the learned counsel for the opposite party has also been received back.

The present petition has been filed seeking direction for expeditious disposal of this execution case 78 of 2021 corresponding to Misc. Case No. 239 of 2014 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Tamluk, Purba Medinipur.

The opposite party has chosen not to appear.

In this facts and circumstances learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Tamluk, Purba Medinipur is
directed to receive with Misc. Execution Case No. 78 of 2021 corresponding to Misc. Case No. 239 of 2014 expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

This application is disposed of.
