The petitioner has filed the present contempt application on the allegation of violation of the order passed by this court dated 6th March, 2019. The respondents have filed their compliance report and the same was duly served upon the counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner has also filed exception to compliance report. After going through the compliance report and exception filed by the petitioner, this court finds that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this court and nothing remains in the present application.

Accordingly, CPAN 157 of 2020 arising out of WPA 9724 of 2010 is disposed of.

Rule, if any, issued against the contemnor is discharged.
