The petitioner has applied for intra-district transfer with the Murshidabad DPSC on medical grounds.

In those circumstances, the Chairman, DPSC, Murshidabad shall ascertain the medical condition of the petitioner from the CMOH, Murshidabad and based on such opinion, take an appropriate decision the petitioner's application, within a period of 10 weeks from.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
