Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Barasat P.S. Case No.45 of 2021 dated 23.01.2021 under Sections 341/323/325/379/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that most of the sections under which police case was initiated are bailable. The incident occurred due to a property dispute. State is represented.

Perused the Case Diary. Considering the fact that there is no injury report and the fact that the charge sheet was submitted, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and

subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the Court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date. This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, allowed. The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 1847 of 2021, is thus disposed of.
