Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had been seen together with the victim prior to the incident. She does not stand on the same footing with co-accused who have been enlarged on bail. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits. Offence, if proved, would attract mandatory life imprisonment.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
