The petitioner prays for a direction upon the Mogra 2 Gram Panchayat to conclude the proceeding initiated to deal with the allegation of unauthorized construction.

It appears that hearing was conducted by the Gram Panchayat but conclusion could not be arrived at.

The Panchayat is directed to conclude the proceeding by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
