1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner seeks transfer on medical ground within the Purba Bardhaman District to Sadar Nort Urban-I Circle.

3. It is submitted that her medical condition has already been assessed.

4. In those circumstances, the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Bardhaman shall consider the petitioner's application together with the medical report, if any, and take a suitable decision in the matter in accordance with the Rules within a period of one month from date.

5. If no medical opinion is available, the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Bardhaman

shall obtain a fresh medical opinion from the CMOH, Purba Bardhaman.

6. Let the aforesaid exercise be carried out by the appropriate authority offline.

7. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

8. There will be no order as to costs.

9. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
