The application for restoration is dated 30th August, 2023 and is thus within time.

Considering the grounds as made out and in the interest of justice, CAN 1 of 2023 is considered and allowed. Order dated 17.08.2023 is hereby recalled.

WPA 4194 of 2023 is restored to its own file and number.

Learned counsel for the provident fund authority is present.

The petitioner is directed to serve notice of restoration upon the other respondents and file affidavit-of-service on the next date of hearing.
