1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner seeks intra district transfer within Purba Bardhaman to any School near her residence in Bardhaman Sadar Urban-I or Urban-II Circles. The ground on which the transfer is sought on the ground of distance of 40 kilometers from his residence.

3. The said application is pending consideration.

4. In those circumstances, the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Bardhaman shall consider the petitioner's application and take appropriate decision in the matter in accordance with the Rules within a period of one month from date.

5. Let the aforesaid exercise be carried out by the appropriate authority offline.

6. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
