Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. A large volume of explosives was recovered from petitioner. Keeping in mind the nature of accusation we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of petitioner is necessary for progress of investigation and further recoveries.

Accordingly we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
