Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a representation dated 9.2.2021 made before the Chairman, West Bengal College Service Commission has not been considered by the Chairman till date.

Learned Counsels appearing for the West Bengal College Service Commission submits that if a direction is given from this Court, the representation will be considered by the West Bengal College Service Commission.

The Chairman, West Bengal College Service Commission is requested to consider the representation dated 9.2.2021 at an earliest preferably within a period of four weeks from date.

Learned Counsels appearing for the petitioner is requested to serve a copy of this writ petition to the Chairman, West Bengal College Service Commission,

who will consider all the documents annexed with this writ petition at the time of passing of the reasoned order.

As I have not gone into the merits of the case, all points are left open for the Chairman to decide the issue.

The writ petition is disposed of, however, no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.
