Heard Mr. Sen, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Ms. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the victim girl was recovered on 31st July, 2022 from Zamrudpur Kailash Colony under Greater Kailash Police Station in Delhi. Thereafter, on 4th August, 2022 she was sent for Medico Legal Examination but she refused to undergo such examination. On the same date, as per the order of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Contai, the victim girl was kept in CWC, Snehachhaya C.C.I, Village and Post - Pausi, Police Station - Bhupatinagar, District - Purba Medinipur.

Let the report of the officer-in-charge of Patashpur Police Station, as produced, be kept on record.

Since the victim girl has already been recovered, we are not inclined to pass any further order in the present application and the same is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible.
