Upon perusing the grounds stated in paragraphs 4 to 6 the said application, this Court is of the view that the petitioners were prevented by sufficient cause from attending the Court, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing. Learned advocate for the petitioners was seriously ill and pleadings in this regard have been made. Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2023 is allowed and disposed of. The writ petition is restored to its original file and number. The order dated November 11, 2022 is recalled. Let the writ petition being WPA 3186 of 2019 appear in the monthly combined list of May, 2023 under the heading Motion.
