Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.
Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there was a free fight. Petitioner also received injuries. He refers to the injury report of the petitioner. State and the de facto complainant are represented. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report of the victim. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the nature of injuries suffered by the victim, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
C.R.M. (A) 1131 of 2022 is dismissed.
