Case No. 112 of 2019 dated 12.06.2019 under sections 498A/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioners have filed the present application.

It is seen from the records of the case that earlier the petitioners approached this Court and the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was rejected in CRM 9579 of 2019. As there is no change in circumstance, the application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 1862 of 2020, is not maintainable and as such the same is dismissed.
