The supplementary affidavit as directed by the order dated February 24, 2021 filed by the learned advocate for the petitioner which is taken on record.

The report filed on behalf of the State respondent in Court today is also taken on record.

The Petitioner in the instant writ petition has alleged that the private respondents are illegally changing the nature and character of the land adjacent to the land of the petitioner. It appears from the report that the State has already taken steps against the private respondent for their such illegal activities. The grievance of the petitioner has already been addressed, as such, no further orders need be passed in the instant writ petition.

W.P.A 3192 of 2019 is accordingly deposed of.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied from the respondent.

There shall be no order as to cots.
