Learned counsel for the petitioner, in his usual fairness, submits that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the grievance sought to be redressed has been resolved, since the transformer-in-question has been taken care of by the WBSEDCL.

In such view of the matter, WPA No. 4849 of 2021 is disposed of as infructuous without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
