Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the representations made with Bowbazar Police Station dated 20.01.2025 and 05.02.2025 were not acted upon.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Bowbazar Police Station Case No.45 dated 27.02.2025 under Sections 3(5)/326(a) of BNSSS, 2023 has been registered for investigation and the investigation is in progress.

Learned advocate for the respondent no.7 is present.

In view of the investigation having commenced, I am of the opinion that further

pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. The police authorities will take the investigation to its logical conclusion in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 4433 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
