It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petition has become infructuous since electricity connection has been given to the petitioner in the meantime.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instruction, that the endorsement "deceased", which was given in the track report in respect of service to the private respondents, was erroneous and the private respondents are very much alive.

Be that as it may, in view of the submissions made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, WPA No. 3989 of 2022 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
