Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits a fight broke out over a trifling issue. There was no prior concert or intention to commit the crime. They pray for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioners had assaulted the victims conjointly causing serious injuries on the head, a vital part of the body. They were medically treated. Accordingly we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
