Despite service of notice, the State is not represented. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

The petitioner claims that the police are seeking to enforce an order of injunction in respect of an adjacent land, in respect of a boundary wall i.e. on the land of the petitioner. The petitioner's land is under the same Dag number but different Khatian number. The police shall ascertain the extent of the Civil Court's order from the Civil Court itself and seek clarification upon notice to the plaintiffs in the said suit.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to explain the extent of his land and also seek clarification from the Civil Court.

The police shall give notice of this order to the plaintiffs in the pending Civil Suit being Title Suit No. 302 of 2020.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ

petition shall stand disposed of.

The petitioner shall communicate a copy of this order to the Officer-in-charge, Rajarhat Police Station. There will be no order as to costs.
