1. The order dated 19th March, 2024 is mentioned for correction.

2. In the array of the Advocate of the petitioners, the name of Mr. Swapan Kumar Nandi shall stand deleted. The name of "Sunyarathi Basu" shall stand corrected to read as "Suryasarathi Basu".

3. Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 19th March, 2024.

4. The other parts of the order dated 19th March, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
