1. The learned Advocate for the parties are present.

2. This appeal is already disposed by judgment and order dated 25th April, 2025 and subsequently modified on 1st August, 2025.

3. It is the contention of the appellants-applicants that the respondent No.4 is wrongly recorded as 8Mrinmoy Biswas9 which ought to be recorded as 8Mrinmoyee Biswas9 as will appear from the cause title of the judgment of the learned Trial Court.

4. It is further contended that the name of the husband of appellant 8Mrinmoy Biswas9 should be recorded as 8Saroj Kumar Biswas9 and not 8Swaraj Kumar Biswas9. Let the rectification be carried out.

5. It is also contended that the respondent No.3 has already attained majority and copy of the Aadhar Card is annexed to this application in support of such majority.

6. In the facts and circumstances, the application stands allowed. The name of appellant No.4 8Mrinmoy Biswas9 be rectified and corrected as 8Mrinmoyee Biswas9 and the husband of 8Mrinmoyee Biswas9 be rectified and corrected as "Saroj Kumar Biswas9. The majority of respondent No.3 be also recorded.

7. The amendment be carried out by the department within two weeks.
