1. This revisional application has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 1285 of 2018 pending before the learned Judge, 12th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners' submits that the suit filed for declaration and injunction has been pending without substantial progress since 2018.

3. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Judge, 12th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta to dispose of the Title Suit No. 1285 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

4. With the above observations, CO. 649 of 2026 stands disposed of.
