This is an application for anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in connection with Bhadreswar P.S. Case No. 63/2019 dated 1.3.2019 under Sections 447/427/436/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that his clients were not named in the original FIR and the charge-sheet has been filed against them. It is further submitted that anticipatory bail has been allowed in favour of other accused persons. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

It appears from the record that the petitioners have been absconding as on the date of charge-sheet and warrant of arrest has been issued against them. Having considered the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM 1854 of 2021 is accordingly dismissed.
