The petitioner has already approached the Superintendent of Police, Bankura by filing a representation. Such representation of the petitioner shall be disposed of by the Superintendent of Police, Bankura upon hearing the petitioner as also the respondent nos.5 to 27.

This order is being passed as the petitioner has alleged that the Officer-in-Charge, Indus Police Station has not taken any steps on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner.

The correctness of the allegations against the respondent nos. 5 to 27, have not been gone into by this Court, as the truth can be unravelled only by investigation agency.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
