Petitioners approached this Court for interfering with the investigation arising out of Jagacha Police Station case no. 25/2025 dated 25.01.2025 under Section 85 of BNS.

State has submitted a report which reflects that on completion of investigation already charge-sheet has been submitted before the Jurisdictional Court against the petitioners.

Since charge-sheet has already been submitted and Jurisdictional Magistrate is in siesin of the issue, I am of the view that at this stage no interference is called for in respect of the prayer so advanced before this Court. Petitioner would be at liberty to approach the Jurisdictional Court by invoking the relevant provisions of the statute.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 4283 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
