Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the missing person was recovered. Missing person went with the mother when the missing person was produced in Court.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks directions for filing of affidavit-in-reply. In a writ of habeas corpus, since the missing person stands recovered and since the missing person as an adult, chose to be with his mother, we are not minded to pass any further orders.

Question, therefore, of permitting the petitioner to use an affidavit-in-reply does not arise. We clarify

that the statements made in the affidavit-inopposition are deemed to be denied by the petitioner.

In such circumstances, WPA (H)/16/2026 is disposed of without any order as to cost.
