Petitioner no.1 has deposited a sum of Rs.80,632/- against the bill for unmetered consumption to the tune of Rs.1,61,263/- and petitioner no.2 has deposited a sum of Rs.79,181/- against the bill for unmetered consumption to the tune of Rs.1,58,362/-. In view of the aforesaid fact and bearing in mind the nature of allegations, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the accused/petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the accused/petitioners, namely (1) Md. Aakherul Sk. & (2) Sobrati Sk. @ Sekh Sobrati, be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioners shall

appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
