Learned advocate for the State submits that the arguments on behalf of the accused have commenced before the learned trial court.

Having regard to the stage of the case, I direct that the interim bail so granted be affirmed on the same terms and conditions as was imposed earlier by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

Consequently, CRM (DB) 692 of 2025 is Allowed.
