Heard learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. None appears on behalf of the respondents. Though it appears from record that on earlier occasion i.e., 19.02.2019 one Mr. R. N. Majumder had appeared for respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

On hearing the petitioner and considering the prayer/relief asked for in the writ petition asking the writ Court to direct the authority to reassess the answer script and failure of the petitioner to satisfy this Court under which provision of law, he has got the legal right of reassessment and asking the Court to enforce such legal right, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed. However, dismissal of this writ petition will not prevent the petitioner to avail any remedy before any authority if available to him under the law.

WPA 3232 of 2019 is dismissed.
