...for the State Considering the status report and the initial order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 20th February, 2020 in CRM 1904 of 2020 wherefrom it appears that although the petitioner is named in the FIR but none of the witness during investigation implicated the petitioner as an assailant, we relax the bail conditions to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on 22nd September, 2021 and on each and every date of hearing that may be fixed by the learned trial court without any default unless the reasons are unavoidable. All other terms and conditions, however, shall remain unaltered. CRAN 1 of 2020 is accordingly, disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
