Leaned Advocate Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petition contains an inadvertent mistake. He seeks bail on behalf of the petitioner. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the earlier application for bail being CRM 3036 of 2021 was dismissed for default on July 19, 2021 and that there is an application for restoration pending filed at the behest of the petitioner.

In view of the pendency of the application for restoration in respect of the earlier application for bail, and in view of such fact not being pleaded in the present petition and in view of the statements made in this petition we are not minded to entertain this petition.

Accordingly, CRM (DB) 651 of 2022 is dismissed (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
