The application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 CrPC has been filed apprehending arrest in connection with Kaliganj P.S. Case No. 451 of 2019 dated 22.10.2019 under Sections 341/326/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint arose out of a private dispute between the two sections of the family.

Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has been absconding since 2019.

This court has perused the injury report as also the seizure list which indicates bombs and splinters having been recovered from the site.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this court is not inclined to entertain this application under Section 438 CrPC and stands dismissed.
