This is an application praying for stay of warrant of arrest. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. The present case is a counter blast against a case started earlier from the side of the petitioners. On a particular date, since there was a Full Court reference before the learned Trial Court, no steps should be taken on behalf of the petitioners. Accordingly, a warrant of arrest was issued. The court record also could not be traced for sometime. The petitioners want to join the proceedings at the earliest. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that it will be in the interest of justice if the petitioners join the proceeding as early as possible.

I have heard the submissions of the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties and have perused the revision petition. In the interest of justice, I stay the warrant of arrest issued against the petitioners for a period of four weeks and direct the petitioners to surrender within such time before the learned Trial Court and in the event, the petitioners surrender before the learned Trial Court within such time and pray for bail, the prayer for bail shall be considered in accordance with law. With these observations, the revisional application and the connected

application are disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be given to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
