This revisional application has been filed for expeditious disposal of Other Suit No.51 of 2020 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Additional Court at Berhampore, Murshidabad.

It appears that the suit is at its initial stage and written statement has not been filed.

Under such circumstances, this revisional application is disposed of with a request upon the learned court below to expedite the hearing of the pending interlocutory applications and also the suit without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the claims of the petitioner and the learned court below will proceed independently and in accordance with law.

Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application along with a server copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date.
